For private GP groups, hospital groups & federations

Medication review support for private healthcare and federations.

A workspace for preparing medication reviews, running deterministic safety checks and recording each pharmacist's decisions, across clinicians and sites.

Early access: pilots start on synthetic data.

Private GP groups

Reviews for patients with complex medicine lists.

Private GP patients often take medicines prescribed in several places: NHS repeats, private prescriptions, consultant recommendations and over-the-counter products.

AegisRX helps your pharmacists bring those together, run the same safety checks every time and produce a clear, signed output for the prescribing clinician. The prescriber remains responsible for any change.

Private hospital groups

Consistent medicines review around admissions, discharges and clinics.

Where your pharmacists review medicines around a hospital stay or an outpatient letter, the workspace prepares the history, runs the safety checks and records each decision.

We want to understand your workflow before proposing a pilot, so we start by agreeing which reviews are in scope.

GP federations & PCN-service suppliers

One workspace across many practices.

If you provide clinical pharmacist services to several practices, the workspace keeps each organisation's data separate while giving your team one place to work.

Population worklists help prioritise reviews, and service reporting shows activity across the practices you support.

How it works

From preparation to a signed, recorded review.

01

Prepare

The workspace assembles the medication history and the information the pharmacist needs.

02

Check

Deterministic safety rules run independently of the AI and flag issues to consider.

03

Review and sign

The pharmacist reviews every finding, edits the output and signs it.

04

Record and report

Decisions and actions are recorded for audit, with reporting across your sites.

What we don't do yet

Clear about the limits before you commit.

Your IT, information governance and procurement teams will ask. Here is the answer up front. Our governance page shows the status of each assurance.

No clinical-system integration yet

AegisRX does not yet connect directly to EMIS, SystmOne or other clinical systems.

No single sign-on yet

Staff accounts are created by an administrator, and staff can turn on two-factor authentication.

Pilots start on synthetic data

Use with real patient data happens only within an agreed pilot, after the governance steps for your organisation are complete.

Questions

Common questions from organisations.

How much does it cost?

We agree pilot terms with each organisation, based on the scope we agree together. We don't publish a price list while the service is in early access.

Who is responsible for clinical decisions?

Your pharmacist makes the clinical judgement and signs each released output. The prescribing clinician remains responsible for any change to a patient's medicines.

Where is the data held?

Ask us for the data flow and data protection impact assessment for your pilot. We will go through hosting, retention and access with your information governance lead.

What do we need to do before a pilot?

Agree the scope, review the data flow and clinical safety documents, and complete your own deployment risk assessment. Our governance page lists where our own assurance stands.

Can we stop?

Yes. A pilot is time-limited, with an agreed review point and exit, and starts on synthetic data.
